ATTENTION SUFFOLK COUNTY HOMEOWNERS: Cobra Consulting Group Can Reduce Your Property Taxes

The Deadline to File a Suffolk County Grievance is May 19, 2020

Here is How to Challenge Your Assessment:

We at Cobra Consulting Group are doing our best to continue serving you through this unprecedented Coronavirus crisis and hope that you and your family are healthy and well.

In Suffolk County, the new deadline for most Suffolk County towns is now June 23, 2020. Given that the towns increased most assessments this year, while the economic uncertainty due to the Coronavirus is likely to cause market values to decrease, it is even more important to file a grievance. Filing a grievance before May 19 will protect you from the town increasing assessment despite the unprecedented economic conditions

Since Cobra Consulting began filing tax grievances in 2015, it has been the most successful representative in securing reductions for its clients. This is your last chance to file for the 2020-21 tax year! If you don't challenge, your taxes go up to cover the reductions for those who do. Cobra Consulting only charges a fee if you get a reduction and our fees (50% of first year's tax savings) are the lowest offered.

Given the current economic conditions, market values are likely to decrease. The only way to protect yourself from the new assessments causing your property taxes to increase is to file a grievance. If you don't file, your taxes will increase to cover the reductions for those who do challenge.

Again, unlike some competitors who charge an upfront fee, Cobra Consulting only charges its fee if you get a reduction. So if you liked our services in the past, please use our services again this year and refer us to your friends and neighbors.

Our authorization form and terms and conditions are attached. Please sign and send back so we can file your challenge before May 19th!
